When you request a live expert review, a qualified expert will read your submission details to provide a personalized written response. Your email is partially masked for privacy. Reviewers do not have access to your full account or history — only the specific submission you choose to share.

Your submission data is retained as long as your account is active so you can access your history. If you request account deletion, all associated data will be permanently removed within 30 days.
